Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Full Stack Engineers in developing and maintaining high-quality software applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and scalability of the applications.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Work closely with product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and security protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in Full Stack Engineering, with a strong background in both front-end and back-end development.
• Proficient in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and other modern web technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certifications in relevant technologies are a plus.
