As an ICT Staff - Information & Communication Technology Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that ensures seamless technology operations, supports our digital initiatives, and enhances our overall IT infrastructure.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to manage and optimize our IT systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide exceptional support to our employees. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, including Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and various ERP systems, and contribute to our ongoing digital transformation projects.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
Provide technical support to employees, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both hardware and software-related.
Support the implementation and maintenance of our ERP systems, such as SAP.
Assist in the development and maintenance of our company's website and intranet.
Ensure data security and compliance with our company's IT policies and industry regulations.
Participate in ongoing digital transformation projects and initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and trends in the IT industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the agricultural or plantation industry.
Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and other ERP systems.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
Familiarity with data security and IT policy compliance.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
