📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Update and maintain candidate databases using ATS and CRM systems.
• Support the recruitment team in organizing and participating in job fairs and career events.
• Assist in preparing and sending out job offers and onboarding materials.
