📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist senior stylists in providing hair cutting, coloring, and styling services to clients.
- Conduct pre-styling consultations to understand client needs and preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, including workstations and restrooms.
- Stock and organize salon supplies, including hair products, tools, and equipment.
- Assist with client communication and ensure a pleasant client experience.
- Follow salon protocols and health and safety guidelines.
- Learn and apply new hair styling techniques and trends.
- Assist with salon marketing and promotional activities.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in the beauty industry.
- Strong knowledge of hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
- Familiarity with salon software and tools, such as L'Oreal Color Genius, Wella Color Service, or similar.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
