As an Estate Management Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our luxury properties. This includes managing maintenance schedules, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that all properties meet our high standards. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance the value and appeal of our properties. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with our tenants and ensuring their satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of luxury properties in Badung, Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta.
• Manage maintenance schedules and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and efficient repairs and renovations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the value and appeal of properties.
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants and ensure their satisfaction.
• Monitor property performance and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure properties are presented effectively to potential tenants and guests.
• Collaborate with the finance team to manage property finances and ensure profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, preferably in a luxury or high-end property setting.
• Proven track record of managing high-value properties and delivering exceptional service to clients.
• Strong knowledge of property management software, such as Yardi, AppFolio, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with local regulations and laws governing property management in Bali.
• Ability to travel frequently and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
