📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire and lease out spaces to potential tenants, ensuring a diverse and vibrant mix of businesses.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing tenants, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Manage lease agreements, renewals, and terminations, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to promote available spaces and attract new tenants.
• Organize and host events and activities to enhance the tenant experience and boost foot traffic.
• Analyze market trends and tenant feedback to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with the finance team to manage lease payments and ensure timely rent collection.
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• 3-5 years of experience in leasing, tenant relations, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully leasing and managing commercial spaces.
• Strong understanding of local and international market trends in the tourism and hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Certification in Property Management or Lease Administration is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
