📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide continuous monitoring and care to critically ill patients in the ICU/ICCU.
• Administer medications, fluids, and nutritional support as prescribed by the medical team.
• Perform advanced interventions such as mechanical ventilation, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses to treatment in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Participate in staff meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and continuous professional development activities.
• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and hospital safety guidelines.
• Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families during their time of need.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in critical care nursing, preferably in an ICU/ICCU setting.
• Certification as a Critical Care Nurse (e.g., BNCC, CCNS) is preferred.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a focus on patient safety and quality of care.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner is a plus.
• Valid nursing license and certification to practice in Indonesia.
