📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain advanced manufacturing equipment, including CNC machines and injection molding machines.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency, adhering to strict industry standards.
- Perform regular maintenance and calibration of machinery to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Implement process improvements and quality control measures to enhance production output.
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with all safety protocols.
- Document production data and maintain accurate records for quality assurance.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to operate and maintain CNC machines and injection molding machines.
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and industry standards.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
- Valid certification in machine operation and maintenance is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
