📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
• Oversee the daily operations of the facilities, including cleaning, maintenance, and security.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement facilities management policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze facilities performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of facilities services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in facilities management or a related role.
• Proficient in using facilities management software such as FM:pro, ServiceMax, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation.
