In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement digital solutions that align with our strategic goals. You will leverage your expertise in digital marketing, data analytics, and customer relationship management to create impactful campaigns that drive engagement and loyalty.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development of digital campaigns, from concept to execution, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to integrate digital solutions into our overall business strategy.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, using tools like Google Analytics and Tableau.
• Manage the implementation of customer relationship management (CRM) systems, such as Salesforce, to enhance customer interactions.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
• Stay updated with the latest digital trends and technologies to continuously improve our digital strategies.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, data analytics, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital campaigns.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
• Certification in digital marketing or related fields is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira.
