📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the port, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Manage a team of 20-30 skilled professionals, including dock workers, security personnel, and administrative staff.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of service and product quality.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including fishermen, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
• Utilize advanced port management software such as SAP Port, to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in industry conferences and workshops to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in fisheries management.
• Ensure the port meets all environmental and safety standards, including those set by the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Investment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Science, Fisheries Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fisheries management or a similar role.
• Certification in Port Operations Management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams in a maritime environment.
• Strong understanding of maritime laws and regulations, including those related to fisheries and port operations.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
