📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and optimize our online storefronts on platforms like Tokopedia, Shopee, and Lazada.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online sales.
- Monitor and analyze marketplace performance using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices.
- Create and manage promotional campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Provide regular reports on marketplace performance and marketing efforts.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
- Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms and SEO best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian.
