📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct various tests and analyses to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including but not limited to, pH meters, spectrophotometers, and gas analyzers.
• Prepare and maintain detailed test reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to identify and resolve any issues that arise during the testing process.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new testing protocols and standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the laboratory operations.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulations in the laboratory environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Quality Control, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory or quality control role.
• Familiarity with industry-standard testing equipment and software, such as LabVIEW, MATLAB, and various gas analyzers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in test results.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid certification in laboratory safety and quality control practices is a plus.
