📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of goods.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and manage stock levels using SAP or similar warehouse management systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high levels of performance and compliance.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Proven experience using warehouse management systems such as SAP or similar.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
