📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, industry partners, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with various departments to address stakeholder concerns and issues.
• Represent the company in public forums, meetings, and events.
• Prepare and distribute regular reports on stakeholder interactions and engagement activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Ensure all interactions comply with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze stakeholder feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the legal and compliance teams to ensure all activities are in line with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in stakeholder engagement or corporate relations.
• Strong understanding of mining regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software such as Salesforce.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
