📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our online store using platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento.
• Process and track orders using our ERP system, SAP, ensuring accurate inventory and order management.
• Coordinate with our sales and marketing teams to ensure our online promotions and campaigns are executed smoothly.
• Provide excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Work with our logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with our IT team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with our e-commerce platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices to continuously improve our online sales operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, sales administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP, is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
