📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and deliver training programs to improve employee performance and skills.,Identify training needs and develop training solutions to address those needs.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business goals.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to reinforce learning and development.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
