📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for products and services.,Collaborate with product teams to ensure accuracy and clarity of technical content.,Develop user manuals, quick start guides, and other technical documents.,Review and edit technical content for accuracy, consistency, and readability.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the development of training materials and other educational content.,Support the marketing team in creating promotional materials and product descriptions.,Contribute to the improvement of our documentation processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
