📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions for data center fit-out and A&A projects.
  • Work closely with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Oversee the design, construction, and commissioning of data center infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in data center fit-out and A&A projects.
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering complex engineering projects.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
