📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Prepare and manage project budgets and cost estimates, ensuring accurate and efficient financial management.,Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor project progress and identify any potential issues.,Prepare and submit regular progress reports and financial statements to stakeholders.,Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with project requirements and legal obligations.,Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.,Provide technical advice and guidance to junior staff and subcontractors.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of construction and cost management principles and practices.,Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Primavera P6, or similar project management software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
