Peoplepartners BPO Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced RTO Training Resource Developer to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training resources for our clients in the education and training sector. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team in a vibrant and culturally rich environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and design training materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, and multimedia resources.,Create engaging and effective training programs that meet the specific needs of our clients.,Deliver training sessions to staff and students, ensuring that they are well-prepared and equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with subject matter experts and trainers to ensure that training materials are accurate and up-to-date.,Maintain and update training resources to reflect changes in industry standards and best practices.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainers and staff to ensure the successful delivery of training programs.,Assist in the development of new training programs and initiatives to support the growth and development of our clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A relevant qualification in education, training, or a related field.,Proven experience in developing and delivering training resources in the education and training sector.,Strong knowledge of training and assessment principles and practices.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training software and tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.,Familiarity with RTO (Registered Training Organisation) standards and requirements.,Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
