📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting sales consultations with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable product recommendations.,Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Promoting ZAP Indonesia products and services effectively to drive sales and revenue growth.,Managing the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring timely and accurate follow-ups.,Providing excellent customer service and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.,Monitoring sales targets and performance metrics, and providing regular reports to the sales manager.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and achieve company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.,Good understanding of the retail industry and market trends.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.
