CV Media Garuda is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Consultant to join our team in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about retail sales and wants to make a difference in our growing business.

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, and ensuring that our customers are happy with their purchases.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and grow the sales pipeline by identifying potential customers and converting them into paying clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network and promote our products.
  • Train and mentor junior sales consultants.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Must be fluent in Indonesian and have good English skills.
