Food Fast Unggul is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and inspections.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are aware of their routes, schedules, and any special instructions.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Handle vehicle documentation, including registration, insurance, and roadworthiness certificates.,Investigate and resolve any vehicle-related issues or accidents promptly and professionally.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to vehicle operations.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and any areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
