As a Purchasing Staff, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring we have the necessary supplies and materials to meet our operational needs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the procurement process from start to finish.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure the best value for the company.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and performance reviews.,Handle supplier communications and resolve any issues that may arise.,Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to travel to suppliers and vendors as needed.
