📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Assessing and documenting patient conditions, including symptoms, responses to treatment, and overall health status.,Collaborating with the medical team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Educating patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Maintaining a clean and organized patient care environment, including changing bed linens and cleaning patient rooms.,Monitoring and reporting any changes in patient conditions to the medical team.,Assisting with the administration of the nursing unit, including inventory management and equipment maintenance.,Participating in staff meetings and continuing education programs to stay current with best practices in patient care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Valid nursing license and certification in the relevant jurisdiction.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
