Village Place Berjaya is looking for a Lead Structural Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of structural systems for our projects. You will work closely with architects, project managers, and other engineers to ensure that our projects are structurally sound and meet all relevant codes and standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the design and development of structural systems for our projects,Review and approve structural drawings and calculations,Ensure that all structural work meets relevant codes and standards,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers,Conduct site inspections and ensure that construction work is carried out according to design specifications,Prepare and present technical reports and proposals to clients and stakeholders,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in structural engineering,Participate in project meetings and contribute to project planning and execution

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering,Professional engineering license (required),Strong knowledge of structural design software and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with building codes and standards in Indonesia,Experience with project management and leadership
