📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, including hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.,Promote and sell our range of medical products, ensuring that healthcare providers are aware of the benefits and value of our products.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the healthcare industry.,Provide training and support to junior medical representatives to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend industry conferences and events to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the healthcare industry.,Build and maintain a strong understanding of the medical products and their benefits to effectively communicate with healthcare providers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as medicine, pharmacy, or healthcare management.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical sales, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and a deep understanding of medical products.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers.,Proficient in using sales and marketing tools, such as CRM software and data analytics tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven attitude.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
