Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading the mechanical engineering team in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Ensuring that all mechanical systems and equipment meet industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.
  • Conducting research and development to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the performance of mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Ensuring that all mechanical systems and equipment are properly maintained and serviced.
  • Developing and implementing safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of our employees and customers.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
