📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and develop curriculum to address those needs.,Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching to support employee development.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to ensure learning and development initiatives are well-coordinated and impactful.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Mentor and coach junior staff in the learning and development function.,Contribute to the development of a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing effective learning programs.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and cultural nuances is a plus.
