📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth running of the business.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement strategies to improve business performance and profitability.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, preparing reports for senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving business growth.,Familiarity with financial management and reporting.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
