Bright Easy Mandiri is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a proven track record of achieving targets. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our office in Maros and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products/services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software (e.g., CRM systems).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
