Silver Base Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented GA Staff to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. In this hybrid role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and a passion for creating a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage office operations including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies.,Assist with event planning and coordination, including setting up and tearing down event spaces.,Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office records.,Support the HR team by assisting with recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee relations.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Provide general support to the team as needed, including running errands and handling customer inquiries.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or office environment.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with HR processes and procedures is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
