📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, performance reviews, and training records.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation, including payroll processing and benefits administration.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process for new and departing employees.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.,Maintain a positive and professional work environment, fostering a culture of respect and inclusion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
