📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Butler in managing the daily operations of the household.,Provide personalized service to guests, including arranging transportation, making reservations, and handling special requests.,Oversee the household staff, ensuring they are well-trained and performing their duties efficiently.,Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the residence, including managing laundry and household supplies.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Handle guest complaints and concerns, working to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the guest.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to ensure consistent service standards.,Assist in the preparation and service of meals when required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a butler or similar role in a luxury hospitality setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and staff.,Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards and protocols.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and ability to operate a variety of vehicles.,Experience with event planning and coordination is a plus.
