Sumber Umar Health Center is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Manage inventory levels, including stock takings and reordering.,Train and develop staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.,Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance and improvement areas.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.,Proven track record of managing a team and driving sales performance.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.,Previous experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus.
