📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales team and ensuring they meet their targets.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.,Train and mentor junior sales staff.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports.,Assist in the development and maintenance of sales tools and materials.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.,Participate in trade shows and exhibitions to promote our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail sales principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
