📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests.
  • Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages.
  • Ensure that all banquet areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Assist in the coordination of event logistics.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable event experience.
  • Assist in the training of new staff members.
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with event management software.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of Indonesian language.
